Q: Do I need to sign up to make a purchase?
A: No you do not, but if you want to receive current information about Collectibles 365 you will need to register as a Customer.
Q: If I have a collection or something I want to sell can I sell on Collectibles 365?
A: Yes you will need to contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what you want to sell and photos would be helpful. Once you are accepted you can become a Marketplace Vendor and use our 60 day free trial period to sell your products, if after 60 days you want to continue then you may choose which membership you would like. If you want to discontinue the trial period then email support and we will delete your membership.
Q: Do you offer Free Shipping?
A: Free Shipping is available to destinations in the United States except Alaska and Hawaii. That being said it is up to each Marketplace Vendor whether they want to offer it or not. Hopefully they will make it known in their listing description and The Marketplace Vendor must put Free Shipping as a category in the listing if they offer it. Collectibles 365 administration encourages Marketplace Vendors to offer Free Shipping, especially on higher priced items if they can.
Q: Will I be charges taxes?
A: Taxes will be collected on products shipped to California addresses only. This is because the ecommerce website www.collectibles365.com parent company is based in California.
Q: How are shipping costs paid?
A: Shipping cost will be calculated based on size and weight of product. If Free Shipping is offered, cost will be included in purchase price. All shipping costs will be collected by administration and paid to the chosen carrier account.
